You agree to provide a copy of a completed and signed form ST-120 Resale Certificate. This must be done prior to the shipment of your ‘Sales Package’.

You are purchasing this 'Sales Package' from Devier Boutique as a self employed Independent Contractor.
You further understand that you will not be treated as an employee in regard to any laws covering employees and shall not be entitled to distributions. pertaining to stocks, pensions, bonuses, profit sharing or similar benefits.
Therefore, you will be solely responsible to pay all applicable State, Federal and Local taxes arising from payments made from reselling the items included in this Sales Package and subsequent wholesale purchases from "The Vault" section of this website.

You hold Deviate Parties & The Deviate Network LLC. harmless from any and all claims, expenses, costs and damages incurred by reselling items from this website and causes of actions and damages.

Deviate Parties & The Deviate Network LLC. reserves the right to terminate future wholesale sales immediately upon receipt of sufficient information that you have violated any term or conditions of this agreement or has otherwise acted illegally or unethically, or without the best interest of Deviate Parties & The Deviate Network LLC.
You will be responsible for any and all expenses incurred as the result of false advertising,
fraud, or any other activity deemed by Deviate Parties & The Deviate Network LLC. to be unprofessional or deceitful. Deviate Parties & The Deviate Network LLC. has the right to charge and collect any legal fees associated with aforementioned instances.
Both parties shall maintain strict confidence and shall not disclose to any third party any information or material relating to the other or the other's business which comes into that party's possession and shall not use such information and material. This also pertains to any information received by you, from the consumer. This provision shall not, however, apply to information or material which is or becomes
public knowledge other than by breach by a party of this clause.
Deviate Parties & The Deviate Network LLC. has the sole right to establish, alter, substitute or amend product specifications, prices, delivery schedules and discounts, and Deviate Parties &
The Deviate Network LLC. will give you timely notice of any and all changes.
Any products that are discontinued, out of stock or found substandard to The Company guidelines will be substituted with prior notification to you from Deviate Parties & The Deviate Network LLC.
Deviate Parties & The Deviate Network LLC. has the right to restructure price schedules or compensation in accordance with annual inflation of products upon written.
